Work with me

Four ways I build and grow a business.

Pick the lane that matches where you are. Every engagement starts with a thirty-minute call and a written proposal; no retainer before we both know what the work is.

  1. 01

    Founding engineer

    For

A founder with a validated idea and no technical co-founder yet.

    What I do

I take it from whiteboard to a production system with real users: architecture, the first build, the first hires, the first integrations.

    Proof

Dahmakan at YC seed stage; Kampung Digital as co-founder and CTO; three production apps at Flux.

  2. 02

    Fractional CTO

    For

A business with a product and a team that needs senior technical judgement a few days a month.

    What I do

Roadmap, architecture decisions, vendor and partner negotiations, hiring, and the conversations with your board or bank that need an engineer in the room.

    Proof

Led squads of 3 to 5; coordinated an 18-person, two-vendor programme; renegotiated scope for ~20% off cost and timeline.

  3. 03

    Integration architecture

    For

A company integrating a bank, a payment provider, a loyalty or government system, and a partner on the other side with its own compliance team.

    What I do

Scoping, the integration design, the compliance conversation, the delivery plan, and the go-live. I own the relationship, not only the API.

    Proof

A bank partnership owned end to end; five coalition partners; a Customs integration portal; TOGAF 9.2.

    Applied AI in operations

    For

An operator who wants agents doing real work in the business, not a chatbot on the website.

    What I do

We pick one workflow, build the agent with a human veto in the loop, measure it, and only then widen it. I show my own systems running before I propose yours.

    Proof

New Me runs a job hunt; this site drafts, publishes and monitors itself; both documented in the Lab.

How it starts

A thirty-minute call. You describe the business and what is stuck. I tell you plainly whether I am the right person, and if not, who might be.

How it runs

A written scope, a weekly note on what shipped and what is at risk, and one conversation a week that matters. Day rate or monthly retainer, quoted after the first call.

How it ends

With your team able to run what I built. Documentation, handover, and an honest list of what I would do next.

Hiring instead?
