The platform, and the partners.

I started building websites for clients in 2010 and have not stopped shipping since. Two years in technology sales and training in Jeddah, on Intel and Microsoft retail programmes, taught me to explain systems to people who buy them, which turned out to matter as much as writing them.

I studied software engineering at Limkokwing University in Malaysia and graduated as the top-achieving student of my programme with a 3.96 CGPA and the University Colours Award. My first full-time engineering role was at Dahmakan, a Y Combinator food-tech startup, where I learned what production load feels like and designed the dual cache that took our peak database load from ~100% to ~5%.

Since then I have consulted on AML platforms, recovered an eighteen-person port modernisation programme, co-founded an ed-tech venture, led three production applications at a car-subscription startup, and owned a bank partnership for Malaysia's largest loyalty programme, serving over four million members. Along the way I became a TOGAF-certified solution architect and led squads of three to five engineers.

The through-line is simple: I build the platform and I bring the partners. Now I am adding agents to that toolkit, in the open, starting with my own systems.
